Garcia Foods is located “Deep in the Heart of Texas”.

We are strategically located on the NAFTA highway to Canada and Mexico enabling us to ship to any point in the country and into Mexico.

Production Capacity

Our primary facility with 35,000 sq. ft. of production, warehouse, coolers, freezers and office space is located on 7 3/4 acres site off of IH 410 on the NorthSide of Metropolitan San Antonio.

This plant is capable of dry ingredient processing, cooking, smoking, vacuum packing, freezing of meats and other edible commodities.

Quality Control

All of our associates are trained in techniques that allow them to “take control” of the processes they are involved in. At every step of our processes, whether they occur in production, warehousing, trucking, etc. associates are trained to make decisions based on assuring our products are never compromised, the products are made right, and our customers are always satisfied.

Our HACCP plan is routinely audited in-house. USDA audits our processes and their recommendations for improvement are always implemented to ensure wholesome quality products.

AIB (American Institute of Baking) is recognized as the organization that sets the highest standards for plant operation conditions. Garcia Foods applies these standards in all of our operations.
